At Soil Industries we offer a wide range of services to the housing, industrial/commercial construction, environmental and geoscience sectors. - Site classification (soil test) to assess the foundation soils for buildings and other structures
- Geotechnical investigations to assess the ground condition for non-standard construction or industrial and commercial projects.
- Feature surveys to show a sites present condition and ground levels.
- Site contours – showing only the ground levels of a site.
- Land Capability Assessments (LCA). for the domestic disposal of onsite wastewater. In addition, we also undertake LCA’s for new land sub-divisions.
- Bushfire attack level (BAL) to determine the rating of a new build.
- Wind Loading to determine the possible wind loading a new building may experience.
- Determination of CBR% for pavements.
- Installation or ground water monitoring, wells by licensed drillers to determine sub-surface waterflow and condition.
- GPS located soil, rock geological mapping and sampling.
- Contract drilling services. Determination of rock depth, ground water monitoring well installation, pavement dipping, shallow exploration.
